Kuriyama Town
Kobayashi Shuzo Sake Brewery Buildings
Moved in 1900 to Kuriyama near Yubari, Kobayashi increased its shipments as it became a familiar and loved sake by coal miners. Numerous kuras (stone warehouses) made of brick and limestone are scattered throughout the premises, contributing to the beauty of the town. Designated National Tangible Cultural Property
